We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm seeking a skilled Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive to join their dynamic Property Team in Liverpool. If you have previous experience in a property paralegal role and are looking to grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!

Role Overview:

  • Assisting senior property lawyers in a busy and fast-paced department
  • Supporting with residential conveyancing work
  • Managing client communications and case updates
  • Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other external agencies
  • Handling day-to-day administrative tasks for the property team

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a property paralegal role
  • Strong knowledge of Case Management Systems, Laserforms, Land Registry, and SDLT Portals
  • Experience with Infotrack is desirable (full training will be provided)
  • Prior experience in a CQS accredited practice is a plus
  • Well-organised, flexible, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
