Overview
A highly recognised law firm based in Blackpool are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing department.
The firm are looking for someone who is experienced within commercial transactions, NQ-1+ PQE who can join the team and hit the ground running.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Commercial property matters including;
- Dealing with a unique blend of commercial and developer clients on a wide range of transactions involving (but not limited to) the ownership and development of both freehold and leasehold land and buildings, commercial acquisitions and disposals, Landlord and tenant, Lease renewals, terminations, deed of variation and grants.
- Dealing with searches and the land registry via integrated case management software.
- Progressing matters on behalf of clients with emphasis on client care and providing a high level of client satisfaction.
- Attend clients both in person and on the telephone and to provide such support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the firm’s standards for client care.
- Manage the preparation of correspondence and documents through the case management system.
