Overview

A well-established law firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) to join their dynamic and growing team. This is a varied and rewarding position within a busy department, offering hybrid working arrangements with the option to be based in either Wirral or Liverpool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse Private Client caseload

  • Handling client enquiries and providing regular case updates

  • Liaising with probate registry, courts, HMLR, HMRC, experts, and third-party agencies

  • Supporting clients both in person and remotely

  • Administering estates and related documentation

  • Supporting the development of new business and maintaining existing client relationships

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to produce relevant content related to Private Client services

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years PQE in dealing with HNW clients, Probate, Wills, Trusts, Estate/Tax Planning, and Elderly Client Services (essential)

  • Experience with property work (desirable)

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (desirable)

  • Proactive, organised, and capable of managing a heavy workload with excellent time management skills

  • A team player with strong interpersonal and decision-making abilities

  • Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative environment

  • Confident using Case Management Systems, Laserforms, and Excel (essential)
