Overview
A well-established and customer-focused insurance business is seeking an experienced Insurance Executive to join its growing team in Warrington. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of £40,000 and a range of excellent employee benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and service an existing portfolio of personal insurance clients
- Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining a high standard of customer service
- Contribute to team performance through proactive call handling
- Generate future-dated leads to support business growth
- Handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general client enquiries
- Produce and process insurance documentation accurately and efficiently
- Support additional tasks and administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in motor and home insurance
- Strong background in sales and/or client retention
- Skilled in building immediate rapport and trust with clients
- Motivated, positive, and committed to personal development
- High attention to detail and excellent organisational abilities
- Effective problem-solving and communication skills
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
