A respected and well-established law firm based in Liverpool is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their dynamic and expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated legal professional to play a key role in a growing department with a varied and high-quality caseload.

The Role:

You will be handling a broad range of commercial property matters including but not limited to:

  • Acquisitions and disposals
  • Landlord and tenant work
  • Development projects
  • Lease negotiations
  • Commercial lending and refinancing

You will work closely with clients ranging from SMEs to larger corporate entities and developers, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in commercial property (applications outside of this range also considered)
  • Solid technical knowledge and a commercial mindset
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
