Miller Grace Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm who are looking to expand their specialist Multi-Track Personal Injury team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a NQ-1-year PQE Solicitor or experienced paralegal join a growing, supportive team handling high-value and complex personal injury matters. The firm has a strong reputation and offers genuine career progression within a collaborative environment.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload of multi-track personal injury claims, including complex and high-value matters, working alongside experienced colleagues on serious and catastrophic injury cases.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a varied caseload of multi-track personal injury files
• Handling litigated and non-litigated matters
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and legal documentation
• Instructing and liaising with counsel, experts, and third parties
• Negotiating settlements and advising clients on legal strategy
• Assessing liability, setting case strategies, and issuing proceedings where required
• Ensuring accurate case management using Proclaim (or similar systems)
• Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures
• Supporting junior team members where appropriate

About You

• Newly Qualified Solicitor – 1 year PQE Solicitor or experienced paralegal/fee earner
• Experience within personal injury, including multi-track work
• Confident handling both litigated and non-litigated claims
