The Opportunity

Miller Grace Recruitment is delighted to be working with a well-established and respected law firm seeking a Personal Injury Fee Earner to join their successful Personal Injury department.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a caseload of Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims that have exited the MOJ Portal, progressing matters through to settlement, including litigation where necessary. You will work closely with clients, insurers and third parties, ensuring cases are handled efficiently while delivering an exceptional standard of client care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own caseload of EL/PL matters from post-MOJ through to settlement.
  • Conduct litigation where appropriate.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, insurers and other parties.

About You

To be considered for this position, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience handling either Employer’s Liability and Public Liability claims or RTA Claims
  • At least 2 years’ litigation experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal injury litigation.
