A highly reputable Law Firm based in Warrington is currently looking to appoint a Care Solicitor to join their family law team.
This is a key role within a supportive and highly respected team, ideal for a solicitor with experience handling public law children matters. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of care proceedings and related matters, acting on behalf of parents and guardians.
Key Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in care proceedings
- Experience acting for parents, guardians, or children in public law matters
- Children Panel Accreditation is desirable but not essential (the client is happy to support you through this)
- A genuine passion for family law and client care
