We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of a highly respected law firm seeking a skilled Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive to join their dynamic Property Team in Liverpool. If you have previous experience in a property paralegal role and are looking to grow within a supportive, fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you!
Role Overview:
- Assisting senior property lawyers in a busy and fast-paced department
- Supporting with residential conveyancing work
- Managing client communications and case updates
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, and other external agencies
- Handling day-to-day administrative tasks for the property team
Essential Experience & Skills:
- A minimum of 12 months’ experience in a property paralegal role
- Strong knowledge of Case Management Systems, Laserforms, Land Registry, and SDLT Portals
- Experience with Infotrack is desirable (full training will be provided)
- Prior experience in a CQS accredited practice is a plus
- Well-organised, flexible, and able to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
