Serious Injury Fee Earner

A top tier Legal 500 Litigation Law Firm is looking for a Serious Injury Fee Earner to join their specialist catastrophic team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Legal Executive or Newly Qualified Solicitor through to around 10 years PQE to further develop their career within a respected and supportive environment, handling high-value and complex injury claims.

The successful candidate will assist on a varied caseload of catastrophic and fatal injury matters, including serious orthopaedic injuries, brain injuries, spinal injuries, amputations, and fatal accident claims. You will have the autonomy to manage your own caseload of matters up to £100,000 in value, whilst also supporting senior lawyers and partners on multi-million-pound claims.

The firm offers a collaborative and friendly working culture, alongside genuine progression opportunities and excellent exposure within this specialist area of law. Flexible and agile working is available, with a current hybrid arrangement of approximately two days per week in the Birmingham office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting and managing serious injury and catastrophic injury claims
• Handling litigation matters and ensuring court deadlines are met

The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Experience handling litigated personal injury matters including complex injury claims
