The Role at a Glance:
- Position: Senior Associate / Partner – Social Housing Solicitor
- Experience: 5+ PQE
- Location: Preston (Hybrid Working Available)
- Salary: Highly Competitive (DOE)
- Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handling a diverse caseload including leasehold disputes, Section 20 consultations, lease extensions, and tenancy matters
- Advising on complex housing management issues, commercial leasehold work for RPs, and large-scale regeneration schemes
- Appearing before Tribunals and County Court when required
